Halloween Party

Happy Halloween!

My mommy group had a Halloween party last week at a local park. It didn't feel much like fall though - it was 85 degrees. Megan was dressed as a flower....

However, she spent most of the party dressed as a stem. She loved playing in the leaves and had a great time all night.

As far as trick-or-treating, we did hit about 5 houses. Megan's favorite part was definitely knocking on the doors. While most of the candy wasn't baby friendly, she did get a few lollipops and she loves them. Hope you all had a great Halloween.

We're pregnant! 12 weeks and counting. Everything is going great. Thankfully I haven't been sick or had any issues. It looks like our due date is April 21.

Growing Up

Megan is growing so fast I almost can't believe it. Each day it seems she learns something new.


Recently she has started to make-believe. She loves to hold things up to her ear and pretend to talk on the phone.

Lately we have been having a lot of fun with some of our new friends. We have been doing playdates and the kids are starting to interact and play with one another.

She comprehends what seems like everything we say and she is picking up new words all the time. Her new favorite words are "up" and "down".

And her new favorite thing to do with Daddy is watch Baby Einstein movies. When Larry gets home each night, after hugs, she runs over and points to tv and says "mo" for movie. She sits in her chair and they watch and talk about the characters together.

She send love with hugs and kisses to everyone.

Our Pretty Girl...

Summer is finally coming! We have really been enjoying the sun. Since she is growing so fast, we had to go buy her a few new outfits for summer. Here she is showing them off!

She is getting so big!

It is amazing to me that Larry and I are already talking about when she was a "little baby". Nearly 10 months old already and changing every day. No first steps yet but she now has 4 teeth, crawls everywhere and she is getting really good at feeding herself.

Christmas

Megan's first Christmas was so great.Here she is with Santa.

She loved her presents but her favorite part was trying to eat all of the wrapping paper. Its wonderful how easily little ones can be entertained.

This age is so great. Megan is amazingly interactive. One of her favorite games is peek-a-boo! Grammy caught her on camera.
